A Workshop Born of Passion
ChronoKraft was founded in 2010 by Ramesh Kumar, a trained watchmaker who had spent years servicing timepieces in Bengaluru’s commercial district. His philosophy was simple: every watch, regardless of its price, deserves expert care.
What began as a small workshop serving local customers grew through word of mouth. When customers in Mumbai, Delhi, and Chennai began calling, unable to find trustworthy independent service, Ramesh built the pan-India pickup system to bring expert watchmaking to every Indian doorstep.
Today, ChronoKraft has serviced over 15,000 watches, covers 40 brands, and serves customers across 28 states. The philosophy remains unchanged: treat every watch as if it were priceless, because to its owner, it is.
