What does the Rs 299 charge cover?
It covers the insured pickup from your address, a full inspection by our watchmakers, and the return delivery. We call you with the exact repair cost after inspection. Work begins only after your approval.
What if I decide not to repair?
No problem. If you choose not to proceed after seeing the quote, we return your watch to you. The Rs 299 inspection charge is non-refundable but you are under no obligation to go ahead with the repair.
Is my watch insured during transit?
Yes. Every watch travels with Rs 1,00,000 transit insurance at no extra cost, in tamper-proof padded packaging.
When will I get a quote?
After our technicians inspect the watch (within 24 hours of arrival at our workshop), we call and send you a detailed quote by WhatsApp and email.
How long does the service take?
Battery and quartz: 2 to 3 days. Mechanical overhaul: 7 to 14 days. Luxury and complex: 14 to 21 days. Antique restoration: 3 to 6 weeks. You are updated at every stage.
What is the warranty on repairs?
6 months for quartz and battery services, 12 months for mechanical overhauls. If the same issue recurs within the warranty period, we fix it at no charge.
Do you service wall clocks too?
Yes, from quartz wall clocks to antique pendulum and grandfather clocks. Pickup is available for wall clocks with additional packaging for larger pieces.
