We charge Rs 299 to inspect your watch and give you an exact quote. Repair work begins only after your approval.
Parts are sourced from premium Swiss and Japanese suppliers. Original OEM parts are used wherever available.
Transit insurance of Rs 1,00,000 is included with all pickup bookings at no extra cost.
Turnaround time: 3 to 7 working days for standard services, 10 to 21 days for complex overhauls and antique restoration.
All work covered by a written warranty: 6 months for quartz services, 12 months for mechanical overhauls.
Luxury brand services require specialist tools and OEM-grade parts. Quote provided after inspection.
